APARTMENT:
Apartment includes basically all what it’s needed for life and it’s possible to move in without making any additional investments. Spacious and bright apartment is located on two floors and located ca 70 m from beautiful Kadriorg Park and the swan pond. The apartment is located on a very high first floor and designed by designer Aet Piel, only the best materials and techniques are used. There are bright and warm tones used in interior. The apartment has big double-glazed wooden windows from floor to ceiling. All rooms has a natural oak parquet, only in bathroom it’s Teak Marine wood flooring. The apartment looks very cozy and nice.
On first floor it’s a spacious living room with a kitchen and a balcony (1.4 m2).
Kitchen furniture is white, custom made and additionally to other good spaces accommodates a washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen hood and stove (De Dietrich). Sunny mornings give a special atmosphere thanks to the light that comes from the glass blocks in kitchen wall. The beautiful white minimalistic fireplace makes living room special and cozy, it has glass window opened to 2 sides and it gives a lot of warm. Entrance has a large mirror sliding wardrobe with storage space inside.
On the second floor of this designed apartment there is a bedroom with white wardrobe and a spacious bathroom. In bedroom it’s created the possibility to place the TV on wall (if needed). The bathroom includes large white cupboard, a long mirror (from wall to wall), a toilet and shower room (like shower or steam cabin with radio). From the bedroom you can access to the terrace (11.8 m2), where you can enjoy the quiet and privacy, it has a view in beautiful courtyard. On terrace it’s possible to enjoy the sun already in early spring. There is also a plug and light.
The apartment has a security system. There is also a private storage room (3.6m2) with shelves on basement floor.The price includes almost all furniture and equipment.
