Everyone selling their apartment, house or registered immovable between 15 February 2018
and 2 September 2018 through Prisma Kinnisvarade with an exclusive agreement will take part in the campaign.
All sole agency contracts concluded between 15 February 2018 and 2 September 2018 will enter a drawing for a
Go Travel €500 gift voucher, which can be used to purchase a trip to the Mediterranean.
The voucher is a valid payment method for any travel services provided in all Go Travel offices
across Estonia. The
drawing will take place on 3 September 2018. The winner will be contacted within
five working days after the drawing.
If you sell your apartment, house or immovable property with us, we will:
- take professional pictures of your home and prepare a text to be
published with the ad in real estate portals and our website; - place ads in Estonian real estate portals www.kv.ee , www.city24.ee, www.soov.ee,
www.prisma.ee and use social media marketing; - work with appraisers to prepare a thorough pricing analysis;
- put together introductory material for all interested parties to examine;
- assist you in all issues regarding the execution of the sales transaction,
starting from showing the property and finishing with entering into a notarised
contract and transfer of property; - help buyers find a financing solution for the purchase;
- give you feedback on any activities.
